Lost images with Phocus 3.1 and H3DII-31 in tethered mode

Hi,

not sure if someone else has experienced this, today i lost about 10 images while shooting tethered with Phocus 3.1 and
a H3DII-31 (on Mac OSX 10.11.6, El Capitan). At first, i could see the shots in Phocus and then at a certain point while shooting,
the images didn't show up in Phocus and i got something like "Capture failed" from where i was not able to recover and so
i had to forcefully terminate Phocus. After restart of Phocus, all images of the series i shot earlier were gone, even the ones i
saw earlier in the capture preview.

Luckily, those were just test shots of a setting i created, but it makes me a bit nervous of course. Any idea of what might have happened here?
