Disappointed:H1.7 converter w CF lens adapter & V2x converter & CF 250 no work!

I had hoped to set up my H2 with an H1.7 converter+CF lens adapter+V2x converter + CF250mm lens to get an 850mm f20(?) lens but there is something mechanical preventing the CF adapter from attaching to the H1.7 converter.

I guess there is no "solution"?
