Phocus 3.0.4 won't install

Trying to install Phocus 3.0.4 on MacBook Pro running Win7 under Bootcamp and it keeps failing. Says it can't install a dll. Shell? Then fails to run reporting it's missing "api-ms-win-runtime-l1-1-10.dll".

This is so frustrating. I've been waiting years (literally!) for Hass to fix the issue where you can't set the Approval Level or Ratings on 3FRs in Win versions. Been broken since 2.6.3! Three major releases 2.7, 2.8 and 2.9, and was still broken despite being promised the fix. Hoping that this was it fixed but can't even install the software! Grrrr!
