Layered 16-bit PSD files from Phocus

Outputting layered PSD files through Phocus 2.6.6. This version of Phocus does not allow 16-bit output. My associate is longing for 16-bit TIFFs (probably caused by working with Canon images for so many years) and I see no way to output layered 16-bit PSD images.

Do later versions of Phocus allow 16-bit Layered PSD output?  Thanks...

Focus 2.9.2 offers an output preset of "PSD in Layers 16 bit", not sure when that was introduced.

Just remember that one is limited by a 2gb size limit on PSDs, so be careful how big you make your layer stack (the larger PSB file format would be a welcome addition to the options - what with 32/64 GB memory being more affordable).
