What recent bodies will accept third-party backs?

Hi,
I have an IQ180 back with H mount for use on a tech camera that I want to also use on a Hasselblad H body. I know I can use the back on H1, H2, H4X and H5X bodies but if I have seen a used H4D-31 body for sale without a back.

Can I use my IQ180 back on that body? Or, will the body only work with H backs?

You cannot use the H4D-31 with third party backs.
