H3Dii Digita back - Black output

Hello - My first time using a Hasselblad its a H3dii 39  Just received through the post all seems ok except when I shoot the photos is basically just black (of course lens cap is off).  I'll go see the service centre on Monday but just wondering if anyone had any advice they could provide in advance - thanks

Check with another lens, the shutter may be defective.
