CF card for CF-22MS

I always shoot tethered. At last I may need to shoot to a CF card. The manual says to use "CF card type ii (write speed >20 Mb/sec)". What CF card currently available will work? Can I just buy a 32GB UDMA6, UDMA7, 600X, 800X or whatever?

Can anyone recommend a FW800 CF card reader? Thanks...
