Image Bank One (Imacon Ixpress) and Windows 7

Hi,

How can I read the IB from Windows 7?
My Firewire connection show the green light on the IB - do I need a special driver for the Firewire?
What version of PHOCUS is working on Windows ?
(2.7.3 and 2.7.6 shows simular LOGS file, 2.8.1 shows even more errors)

The LOGS-file telles me this - with or without the IB connected

By the way the connection to the camera (H2 w/528c) works OK - i.e. the image is captured and I can play with it on the 528c.

Perhaps the drivers failed to install on the first occasion. You could try connecting the IB and looking at the 'device manager' in Windows control panel to see if there are issues, maybe do a driver update or delete the entry and start again.
Phocus should be working ok if the computer has sufficient spec but if there is any doubt try using Flexcolor to see if that solves the problem.

Thanks for the advice.
I've tried them all - but still at the same point.

And the 'device manager' says the intercae is OK, so I'm leaning towards a BAD interface on the IB.
Since I'm able to communicate from the camara to the IB but not from the IB to the PC I'm assuming the system uses to diffent cannels for the communication to the IB - or?

Is there anyone with the schematics for the communication?

Appriciate any help/guidance.
