Imacon Ixpress Imagebank Battery problem

Dear Learned Ones

I generally (always) use my H1D tethered, the only time I decide to go outside and do a shoot the battery on the Imagbank seems not to work despite being (so I assume fully charged) and unused. All I get is a red light on the Imagebank. The Imagebank works fine when tethered and without the battery.
Is there anyway of resetting it as can be done for the camera grip battery?

Hello again all.

Despite my searching through the help section for this problem yesterday...it would appear I overlooked the answer on here.
I was being too heavy handed on the on/off button.
From now on I will be pressing it briefly rather than the long press as I have been doing.
