Please. Is there anything I can do to improve the performance of my H4D-40? I have firmware R370. Looks like it's the most up to date.

Are you by any chance using a slow cf card? If you are using a fast card, what is your problem with the performance?

I use to own a H4-40..never had any performance issues at all.
