Phocus Always On Top

I keep my taskbar in Windows in the Auto Hide position, so I can keep my entire desktop for use by the programs I'm running. Then when I need to access the Taskbar I bring down the mouse cursor and the bar comes up. However when I'm running Phocus in full screen then when I bring the mouse cursor down the Taskbar does not come up. I have to press the Windows key on my keyboard to bring up the Taskbar.

Does anyone know how to adjust Phocus so the Taskbar will come up without having to use the Windows key?

I can confirm what you say but unfortunately I don't have a cure. It seems that this can happen with other programs as well.
