lookinf for V plate adapter or Kapture group H mount plate.

Hello all,
I am looking for a V plate adapter for one of my 22MF CF's. I need it to mount to my Sinar P2. Or I need a Kapture group H mount plate for a Sinar P2. I have the H mount plate.
