H4d 40 and H4d50 firmware update

My PC has a 6 pin firewire connector, this performed firmware upgrade OK with no problems. I used a standard 400-800 firewire cable.

400 to 800 cable will work fine, supposed to be a bit slower but I've never noticed it.
