One thing you can be sure of is they will do a good job. I have sent a H2d back for a firewire card fix and a H3D back for invalid calibration. both were back in a couple of weeks.

You should talk to Hasselblad about this camera. Give them a serial number and check it's history. You might find it was an insurance right-off or worse still stolen. Was it a 'bargain'? I'd always suggest buying an item of this kind of value from a dealer or a known individual. Hasselblad have a good record of all of the owners of their digital cameras...
