H d-back + 4x5 camera portrait mode?

Hi all, I've been wondering how I can shoot portrait mode with this combination?

Linhof MT3000 + Rapid change sliding adapter + H3DII-39 d-back

I've got this adapter thingy (that goes between RCSA and the d-back) from Linhof and tried to put the d-back vertically without any notable success.
Is there any modification possible for vertical mode shooting on the adapter?

Or does Linhof have adapter for vertical shooting?

Hi,
The adapter is square in shape. You can mount it to the Rapid Change Slide Adapter in either landscape or portrait direction.  Pay attention and be sure that the adapter fix perfectly to the right hand side groove.

thank you very much, Paulthai! I've tried Linhof sales ref. and turned out left hinge of the adapter was slightly bent.
