I don't feel like getting into a Windows <-> OS discussion, but I object to the fact that the Windows users' demand for an equivalent Phocus version is dismissed as whining.

Agree. Of course there are workarounds, as have been noted.

But it's eminently reasonable to not expect to have to resort to those. If a manufacturer does take the effort to create dual platform software (Windows and Mac), the very least they should do is have the versions be identical in their functionality.
