X1Dii Manual with Hyperlinks

A couple of months ago I edited the latest version of the D1Xii manual and added hyperlinks to all pages from the table of contents and from all other references within the text to other pages. This makes reading the manual much easier. Since the manual is copyrighted, I was informed by customer service at Hasselblad that they have no problems with sharing the manual with hyperlinks with others.
