I am going to buy a H6D100c and want to know recommendations for a two lens set up. I like to shoot landscape and pretty girls in the filed (Not studio work). A friend recommended a 50/110 zoom but in the past I have always shot with prime lenses so not sure about the zoom.
Anyway any advice would be much appreciated

I would recommend the 50/3.5 II and the 100/2.2.  I also use the 1.7X converter on the 100 and have been very happy with the results. You will be most pleased with the H6d100c.  Phenomenal images, particularly with respect to the subtle color variations produced.

Thank you for the reply.....I have been looking at this 50mm II on various websites and it gets very good reviews, so I think you are correct the 50mm II will be a good one to get. As for the 100mm is that a little wide for head and shoulders portraiture?

Possibly a little wide but just stand back a bit and crop the image -- with 100MP you have lots of cropping room !!

50mm for sure but I am leaning towards the 150 over the 100...........decisions decisions decisions :)

I have a lot of lenses, but if I have to make it with two lenses, it would also be the 50mm and 100mm. I have also the 150mm but I find the difference to the 50mm to big. The 1.7x could be an option. And when a zoom, the 35-90mm is also very good.

Like others, it seems, I went with 50 vii and 100.  I like the f2.2 sometimes for more of a dreamy look and it isn't that big vs. the 150.  Eventually, I also got a used 28, which is great.  I generally don't do a lot of portraits, for with the 150 might be slightly better than the 100.

If you Google around you will see the 100mm is the preferred people lens, check how many are available S/H, very few, once bought never sold.
Why not rent those you are considering, most houses refund rental on a purchase made? The rental availability of Hasselblad almost anywhere in the world is a major plus.

Is it a big difference to get a 1/800 verses the newer 1/2000  lenses. I saw a 150mm on eBay that was mint but when I inquired about it I was told it was the older 1/800.........in real life is that really a big deal........I don't shoot in a studio all my work is outside

if you shoot outdoor and want shallow DOF then it does very much matter whether having a shutter of 1/800 or 1/2000 with full x-sync, a 1 1/2 stop difference. If studio shoots it is irrelevant. I have the orange dotted 100mm and the older 150mm, but outdoor only using the 100 for people portraits with shallow DOF. Btw, the 150 with 1/800 shutter comes in 2 versions, the newer one as version II (is marked on the lens barrel) is supposedly much better than the older one.

Check out this one, shot on-location outdoor with the 100mm at ISO 64 f2.8 and 1/2000sec. Sun was right from mod/wall, Broncolor Para 88 flash right of camera standpoint, maybe 150-300 Joules power. Hasselblad H6D-100c.

Maybe not fully NSFW?

The newer version of the 150mm is marked with ,,N" and not with Serie II.
Why not a 3 lens set up for you? The 50mm, the small and light 80mm/2.8 plus the 150mm

Thanks for the info on the N
Yes I have decided to get the 50mm II and 100mm f2,2 both orange dot and new. I will get a 150 from eBay and if shooting in bright light I will add a 0.3 or 0.6 ND filter........I will check on eBay to make sure that 150 has the N designation

Buddy,
My spectacles steamed up soon as this photo displayed on my screen. And I had to turn room temp down a little.
Lovely photo.
