H3d Shutter button doesn't work

Hello Everybody,
I'm new in this forum and I thank for let me get in. I'm in trouble with my Hassseblad H3d... I'm working in my studio, taking picture for a work and ... I don't know... suddenly my hasselblad is not shooting!!! The shutter button is moving free but no shut is taken, not image, not work at all, no soud for correct shot ... I don't understand what could be happened ... And My hasselblad not make focus yet ... I've tried many things: change lenses, clean contacts, see all manuals ... What can it be?

Immediately contact Hasselblad service at techsupport@hasselbladbron.com or call 1-800-367-6434 and take the prompt for Service. Please be prepared to give the serial number and full description of problem encountered.

Does the remote cord still work?

If the remote cord doesn't work for you then try to tethering to computer and try firing from the Phocus software.

Have you tried tethering via firewire and used the Phocus Camera Control tool to release the camera?
