H3D 22MP and remote/off flash photography

Hey guys!

My H3D and a Metz 54 flash works so far very nice. Now I would like to use my second Metz flash for some remote flash photography and maybe a third one.
I found some topics where Pocketwizard equipment was mentioned. What do I exactly need for triggering 2-3 Metz flashes with my H3D? I'm looking forward to use remote flash photography in my little home studio doing some portraits.

hope someone can help me and recommend me some good equipment.
