firmware 1.17.3 cause Nikon TTL cannot work

I upgrade to newest firmware 1.17.3, but looks flash TTL cannot work after upgrade, there is no pre flash when I use TTL mode, and the flash also very weak, looks no even no light, but I still can work on other no TTL mode, just manually control. it is the new firmware problem?
