Before I switch to the X1D, I worked as a sports photographer and sensor cleaning was something Canon CPS did during sports events. The last days I notice a small spot and wonders if Hasselblad has a service for cleaning the sensor or are there users who do sensor cleaning them selfs?

I had dicovered a spot as well on my X1D.
Removed the lens, put the camera upside down and used a little manual blower from underneath.
This took me 10 secs and the problem was solved

I have stumbled on this Austrian company a few months back and love everything they do.  Depending on which solution you prefer:

As they are the only company I found that specifically provides solution for CCD Digital Backs, which is what I was looking for:

I particularly love that they sell magnifying clip & flip optics to help you see better and it also frees your hands as oppose to holding a magnifier with one hand:

Thanks for the info, I ordered a blower from visible dust (has a inlet filter to prevent dust)...

Get their swabs and solution ...

Honestly this sensor is right there ... my cat could clean it.
