I bought the X1D and 3 lenses for a total of £15,312. The new offer is for £15,900. Subtract 90 quid for a spare battery and you end up paying around £500 for the box and foam that seems to be listed less than £300 on Amazon. So, perhaps I shouldn't grumble as I appear to have got a reasonable deal.

Btw - there are still UK retailers selling the 45mm lens for £1,908 (what I paid for it) whereas others are asking the recommended price of £2,274.00. So if you need one, get in quick!

Are the prices you mentioned with or without VAT, cause in Dubai is about a 1000 quid cheaper £14,231.08
