Is there a number or a person at Hasselblad USA to call for technical support on my H6D-100c? I'm having some issues since I updated my firmware. Thanks.

For questions like that, I go to the main Hasselblad website and send an e-mail.  It may take a couple of days, but they usually contact me and have an answer.  Below is the e-mail address.  If you are in a hurry, you could always call the service center at 1-800-367-6434, and they could get you to someone who could help you in technical support.

Actually spoke with them today because the histogram in the grip disappeared. Was working fine after the new firmware upgrade and the histogram box was checked under camera configuration. He had me return the camera body to default levels by removing the battery, pressing the iso and video buttons simultaneously and then reinserting the battery. I was supposed to hear three beeps. Never happened, but the histogram is now appearing in the grip. Go figure . . .
