mobile backup solution without computer

I am planning a trip to Iceland where I don't want to take my laptop with me, but just an iPad. Although I have enough FC cards for a 12 day trip I am looking for a temporary backup solutions to be on the safe side. Recently I found this new product which offers a backup on a mobile SSD with integrated card reader without necessity of a computer:

It then should even be possible to import 3fr files to the iPad via local WiFi into Lightroom. Has anybody experience with this system or are there other comparable solutions available ??

I still use my Epson p-5000.  I wanted to get a newer model but the device hasn't failed me to date.  When I am not using I remove the battery, and basically lasts forever.  I wish Epson never stopped makin'em.
