Hi together,

i connect a Hd5-50c with an Thunderbolt-Firewire-Adapter to my Macbook Pro, using Phocus 2.8.4.
I choose the power-supply "camera" in the digiback... nothing happens, and phocus does not launch the digiback. hmpf!

After i put the digiback without the adapter to another imac with native firewire800 port.... the back is launched correctly.

Now the strange thing!
After connected to native firewire for a while, the digiback works on my macbook pro with the adapter!
But after changing the battery from the body, the digiback will not connect to phocus....

It seems as if some adjustments change after changing the battery.... or... as if the digiback is charging an inner battery with direct firewire-connection.

Does anyone know, if there is a battery in the digiback?
Or if there is any other necessary adjustment in the back to be launched correctly? (not the tether-power-supply in service...)

Or do i have to check the firmwares? are there some special combinations?
i definately need to work with phocus 2.8.4. on macosx 10.8...

thanks !!
