CFV-50c crashing

Yesterday my CFV-50c back started having serious problems. The live view kept failing with mostly magenta glitches on the screen like when digital TV can't receive the signal. Then the back would no longer worked in capture mode.

I am wondering how to proceed. Is anyone familiar with this glitch? Could it be a firmware issue? This is a big problem for me because I have a lot of shoots lined up.

Are the magenta glitches in the files or just on the screen?
