Can T or B shutter mode be enabled in Phocus Mobile?

Is there a reason why the T and B shutter settings are not available from either the iOS device or tethered computer when using Phocus or Phocus Mobile?

I do a lot of work at night where it would be really nice to open and close the shutter manually from an iPhone or iPad, rather that having to use preset shutter times.
