200MS hangs in 50mp MS mode intermittently

I had issues of multi shots hanging (and crashing Phocus) when we switched to the black tube-shaped Mac Pro towers, where they eliminated FW input and I had no choice but to route the FW cable through a thunderbolt adapter.

After testing multiple cables and cameras , the only workaround I discovered was to lengthen the flash delay on the multi shot (in Phocus' preferences) which allowed the data to get though without crashing Phocus. It's been fine ever since.
