Hi guys,
I bought a new H6D100C 4 month ago. Today I put the new firmware 1.19 and the back switch off before the end of the refresh.
Why ? Tomorrow morning I have a shooting, could anyone help me as looks impossible to reach directly a technical hasselblad assistant ?

I assume the battery went flat before the firmware was installed? Have you tried again with a fresh battery?
