First off, do NOT do anything else on that computer. Mount it in
target mode to another machine (connect machine>machine with fire wire
cable then restart the machine with the deleted files, while pressing
and holding the "T" key).

Not that once recovered the files may need to be associated with flexcolor so Get info on the files
and choose "flexcolor" under "open with"
