Sending the camera to Denmark
«
on:
October 27, 2009, 04:37:47 PM »
I'm about to pack the H2D-39 to be sent to Denmark.
It stopped shooting tethered and to card.
Probably the firewire connection went down.
Red light in the back, all times.
What should I send with the camera and back?
Send it through the dealer?
Anybody with any advise?
Papers, forms, invoices?
Thanks.

Your dealer will need to get an RMA (returned merchandise authorisation) from Denmark before you send it off (through the dealer).

Mauro,
+61 2 9552 8300 and ask for Colin Johnston, or Kennedy in Melbourne. Colin will sort it out. Its much better talking to the organ grinder.

Nick,
Just got everything from the guys at CR Kennedy in Melbourne.
Damon was great. I'm pretty impressed with the customer support.
Thanks mate.
