Hi all,

I urgently need a fix for an issue as a result of upgrading to latest firmware R365.

Body: H4D
Back: H4D 50

Phocus: 2.6.5
Mac OS X 10.7.2

I have upgraded body firmware as per instructions. Initially upgrading body firmware to 2.2.4, then the viewfinder to 2.2.0.
Once these were upgraded I upgraded the Sensor Unit to firmware R365.
After installing all these updates I have now had many temperamental issues using the camera. Particularly when using this tethered. After shooting 10 frames images stop importing to Phocus, spinning ball appears, and the orange light on camera back appears. After quitting Phocus, and restarting Mac OS X , and reopening, connecting firewire (to back) the same issue happens after shooting 10 frames, and everything freezes. Shooting onto CF card seems to work fine except there are unstable things on the camera viewfinder screen such as battery info disappearing very so often, and LCD light not turning on .

After these problems I tried updating (downgrading) the firmware to the previous Sensor Unit version R359 but have still had the same problems.

Has anybody had any similar problems with upgrading to this firmware updates.

Regards

Tommy

Same issue with the H4D60. But when you wait approx. 15-20 seconds the import resumes and the light turns green again on the camera (a bit getting used to) also happens when shooting to 32Gb sandisk card.

Phocus 2.6.5
Mac OSX 10.7.2
MacBook Pro 15" FW 800

Hi Tommy,

Try going through the body update again and let us know.
