Hi,
I'm having problems with the MultiShot and Micro step on my 528c.
In Flexcolor neither work. I get an image on the screen but even though the file says its 141 megs the file preview is pink with stripes and the file is corrupted. The single shot is fine.
In Phocus the MultiShot works properly.
This is a recent problem as it used to all work.
I have tried changing cables, to no avail.
I think it must be something I have altered in Flexcolor. Any suggestions very welcome.
I'm using Flexcolor 4.8.10
MacBook Pro 17 intel core i7, 8 gigs ram and 300 gigs of memory available. System 10.6.8

it does sound like a cable problem. Those cables are very fragile. Try reinstalling Flex. Remember and trash all traces of the old one before reinstalling

Hi, Thanks for the response.

I'm obviously not cleaning out all the Flex preferences as when I reinstall the program it has my previous profiles etc. still there.
Could you tell me where I find all the program elements to delete.

Thanks.

I used to have to search my mac using the words  "Imacon," "Hasselblad," and "Flexcolor," to make sure I swept out all of the little critters.
