Hasselblad H3DII 50 :
 
Auxiliary display reports in an attempt to shoot:
Exposure not possible. Check magazine.

While the main screen does not work.

Error in settings in hardware, or elsewhere?

Sounds like a connection issue between back and body, I would inspect contacts and remount the back for a start.
