Hi,
I'm in the process of upgrading from an ixpress 528c to a CFii-39MS and sold the ixpress to a nice photographer who is upgrading from a 384.  I was shooting with a Rollei 6008AF and he uses a Fuji 680III.    When we connected everything up on his camera, flexcolor seemed to have gotten confused with his older ixpress 384. When we tried to set up the 528c under devices it had the wrong serial number and gave us a can not find calibration file error when we tried to shoot.   Phocus properly showed the 528c as connected but wouldn't capture.   Oddly neither Flexcolor or Phocus would show the imagebank files and I left some files on there.    We were able to use the back on his camera on my laptop and everything worked as it should and we could shoot and see the imagebank.    Going back to his mac powerbook we deleted the preference files in flexcolor and tried again but still it came up with the wrong serial number and would not allow us to shoot, reporting the same "can not file calibration error".   Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Eric Hiss

Eric it's been a while...
Delete the devices folder then re-start flexcolour and re-connect..

Hey Nick and Michael,

Dan's reporting that apparently deleting the devices folder didn't help?  We were thinking that I could FTP the devices folder from my computer as we had the setup working okay with his camera when connected to my computer.  Do you think that's a good idea?

Thanks again,
Eric

You could try that I guess.. How about getting him to start with a fresh user account and a fresh install of Flexcolour in that user's account then connect the camera ... I wonder too if he is mixing up image banks...
